We offer 1:1 ABA therapy sessions occur not only in home but at MASS we take pride in integrating services out in the community
Group Social Skills: At MASS, we offer social skills programs for two age groups: 1.5 to 5 years old and 6 to 9 years old. Each group focuses on specific developmental milestones.
Caregiver Training: We empower caregivers to engage in proactive strategies and self-management, enabling them to be the best versions of themselves

Chief Executive Officer / Clinical Director
Jasemine Lakey-Ware is the Founder and CEO of MASS Services and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with a passion for supporting children, families, and the people who provide their care.
For Jasemine, MASS Services has always been about more than providing ABA therapy. She wanted to create a company where children can learn, play, build meaningful relationships, and develop skills that help them become more independent鈥攚hile families feel heard, supported, and included along the way.
Jasemine is equally passionate about her staff. She believes that when employees feel valued, supported, and given opportunities to grow, they are better equipped to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others. Creating opportunities for professional growth, developing future leaders, and building a workplace where people can grow personally and professionally are important parts of her vision for MASS Services.
As a first-generation college graduate, business owner, mother, and clinician, Jasemine leads with compassion, transparency, high expectations, and purpose. Her goal is to continue building something that positively impacts everyone it touches鈥攆rom the children and families MASS serves to the team members who make the work possible.
