Behavior Technician

Job Description

Position Overview:

As a Behavior Technician at MASSSVCS LLC, you will play a critical role in providing direct ABA therapy to individuals with
developmental challenges. You will work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to implement
individualized behavior intervention plans in both functional and community settings. Your primary responsibility is to support
our clients in acquiring essential skills, promoting independence, and fostering meaningful participation in their communities.
