Human Resource Generalist

Position Overview:

The Human Resources Generalist supports the full employee lifecycle for an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) organization and licensed preschool program. This role ensures human resources practices align with California Title 22 regulations, Community Care Licensing (DSS) requirements, labor laws, and organizational policies. 

The HR Generalist is responsible for onboarding and New Hire Orientation (NHO), employee relations, attendance and leave administration, personnel file maintenance, credentialing, and HR compliance across clinical, educational, and administrative staff. This role works closely with leadership, clinical teams, and preschool administration to support safe, compliant, and child-centered operations.
